Excalibur Security Ltd offer a range of services to customers across Liverpool, Wigan and St Helens. Please see below some of the questions we are asked by customers, you may find them helpful:
Q – Are you able to service ignitions and door locks for older vehicles?
A – Yes, we have been in business over 30 years and have acquired the knowledge and developed a good stock of early model keys.
Q – I have a broken key in my ignition, can you get it out for me?
A – Yes. In most cases we will extract the key without removing the lock. If necessary, we will remove the ignition, strip it down and then extract the key.
Q – I have lost my keys and I am stuck in a multi storey car park, will you come out to me?
A – Yes, in most cases our vans will fit through the access. In the event that we can’t drive through to you, we will enter on foot and solve your problem.
Q – Can you provide keys for all makes of vehicle?
A – Our service covers the vast majority of makes and models but if you call us, we can confirm relating to your specific vehicle and quote you a price.
Q – Will there be any damage to my car on gaining entry?
A – No, all of our methods of gaining entry are nondestructive. Over the last 30 years, we have perfected that art.
